fix(download): 🐛 adjust cover image handling to prevent metadata size issues
* Prevent writing `CoverDimensions.PxORIGIN` to metadata to avoid exceeding max file size (>16Mb).
* Ensure correct cover image is used based on `cover_dimension` settings.
