docs: add roadmap and session notes
Captures the freeze-duration-prompt task, GPU/CPU rendering state,
prioritized roadmap (strip landing/branding, disable unfinished domains,
self-contained project files, voice-over, versioning, desktop binary),
and known pre-existing breakage.
