irc: replace clatter with ERC behind the Soju bouncer
- Drop clatter; connect to Libera and Ergo via erc-tls with sops-nix
password, with history fetch, reconnect, quit-all, consult-based
channel switching and a dedicated irc frame
- Update ibuffer group, evil initial state, persp save/kill hooks and
doom-modeline segment for erc-mode
- clipetty: route elfeed-search-yank through OSC 52 for TTY frames
- agent-shell: add agent-shell-sidebar, bind SPC aa to its toggle
- flycheck: exclude terminal emulator modes from global mode
- alpha-background 80 -> 90, kitty-gfx shr-fit-width 0.6 -> 0.4,
comment out custom-theme-load-path
