sync config: org agenda rewrite, denote task->agenda, ui tweaks
- Rewrite org-agenda views: simplified to 3 views (today/week/projects)
- Rename denote 'task' tag to 'agenda' throughout
- Remove PLAN todo state, daily-review and reflection functions
- Consolidate capture templates into single definition block
- Add denote journal template auto-insertion
- Enable vertico-posframe
- Add eee.el terminal integration
- Switch font to Maple Mono NF at height 180
- Add org-clock and tmr segments to modeline
- Improve eldoc-and-jump for GUI and terminal
- Update noctalia theme
- Disable frame transparency
- Switch vterm shell to fish
- Tangle config.el to match config.org
