Virtual input (keyboard, mouse, gamepads) requires your user to be in
the 'input' group:

    pw groupmod input -m <user>

Log out and back in for the change to take effect. You may also want a
devfs rule so /dev/uinput is accessible to the group, e.g. in
/etc/devfs.rules:

    [sunshine=47989]
    add path 'uinput' mode 0660 group input

Sunshine must run as the logged-in user inside the graphical session
(Wayland or X11) -- start it from your compositor's autostart, not from
rc.d.

On first run, browse to https://<host>:47990 to create admin
credentials, then pair each Moonlight client with the PIN flow.
