chore: move test files to tests/ and add dev environment

- Move test-image.png, test-kitty-gfx.org to tests/
- Add test-document.pdf (3-page PDF for doc-view testing)
- Add .envrc for nix flake dev environment
- Update .gitignore (ltximg/, Emacs lock files, AGENTS.md)
