chore: bump to 0.4.0, extend debug-state for headings
- Version bump 0.3.0 → 0.4.0 (text sizing feature complete)
- kitty-gfx-debug-state: show text-sizing-support status in header,
distinguish heading vs image overlays, display heading-specific
properties (text, scale, level, cell-s) instead of image properties
(id, pid, file)
