Subject: package with npins and nix

- npins pins nixpkgs-unstable
- nix/package.nix: rustPlatform.buildRustPackage with pkg-config,
  glib, cairo, pango and harfbuzz
- default.nix exposes packages.default
- ignore nix-build result symlink
