Use the svg-line fork (git.cashmere.rs, feat/tty-kitty-modeline) for the
mode-line; segments (modal/evil, buffer, vc, weather, battery, position,
major-mode) come from svg-line-segments in the fork, so the config just
defines and activates the bar and sets the weather coordinates.

straight-use-package with :type built-in for eglot, flymake, jsonrpc,
eldoc, external-completion, and seq was pulling newer ELPA versions
(eglot 1.21 vs built-in 1.17.30) that are incompatible with
flycheck-eglot and the existing config. Removed those declarations
and deleted the straight repos/builds so Emacs 30.2 built-ins are used.
Also: fix flycheck-rust-setup to only run in rust-mode buffers,
remove tmr-mode-line-mode (conflicts with maple-modeline tab-line),
and update tmr-timer segment to query timers directly.

Switch dashboard-projects-backend back to projectile and use
projectile-switch-project-by-name so the dashboard shows the actual
known projectile projects. Reorder items to show projects first.

Bind flash-treesitter under SPC t s to quickly select parent nodes of
the syntax tree at point using labels. Useful for selecting entire
functions, if-blocks, or argument lists with a single keystroke.

Switch from flash-emacs-jump to flash-evil-jump so the s key uses the
new flash package. Add operator state to the general-def binding so
d s, y s, c s (delete/yank/change to target) work correctly. Rename
my/avy-enabled-p to my/flash-enabled-p and fix indentation.

Remove avy, flash-emacs (JiaweiChenC), and avy-flash (ZenScriptor) in
favor of Prgebish/flash which provides a complete solution: incremental
search labels, evil operator composability (d/y/c), enhanced f/t/F/T
char motions with labels, and isearch integration.
Restore ; and , keys after flash-char-setup to preserve localleader
and prev-navigation prefix bindings.
